The Role:
We’re looking for a Web Developer with a passion for JavaScript to help us extend and enhance our website and CRM beyond out-of-the-box functionality.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role where your work will directly support programmes that inspire the next generation of girls in data and tech.
You don’t need to be a Dynamics expert already – we welcome junior to experienced developers. What matters most is curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to contribute to a meaningful cause.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and enhancing user-facing features in Power Pages
  • Customising and extending Dynamics 365 to support real-world use cases
  • Writing custom JavaScript to improve functionality and user experience
  • Supporting integrations with external tools and services
  • Working collaboratively within a small, friendly, remote team
  • Contributing ideas to improve performance, usability, and scalability
  • Learning how modern low-code platforms work under the hood

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience with JavaScript (junior to advanced levels welcome)
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
  • Interest in learning Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • A proactive, learning-focused mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Power Pages (Power Apps Portals)
  • Familiarity with Dataverse or CRM platforms
  • Experience with integrations or automation
  • Interest in education, social impact, or diversity in tech

Why Join Us:

  • Make a real, visible impact through technology
  • Gain hands-on experience working on a live production platform
  • Learn highly in-demand skills in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team
  • Flexible hours that fit around work, study, or life

Time Commitment
We ask for approximately  3–5 hours per week, with flexibility depending on your availability.
