This is a hands-on, impact-driven role where your work will directly support programmes that inspire the next generation of girls in data and tech.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and enhancing user-facing features in Power Pages
- Customising and extending Dynamics 365 to support real-world use cases
- Writing custom JavaScript to improve functionality and user experience
- Supporting integrations with external tools and services
- Working collaboratively within a small, friendly, remote team
- Contributing ideas to improve performance, usability, and scalability
- Learning how modern low-code platforms work under the hood
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience with JavaScript (junior to advanced levels welcome)
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
- Interest in learning Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- A proactive, learning-focused mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Pages (Power Apps Portals)
- Familiarity with Dataverse or CRM platforms
- Experience with integrations or automation
- Interest in education, social impact, or diversity in tech
Why Join Us:
- Make a real, visible impact through technology
- Gain hands-on experience working on a live production platform
- Learn highly in-demand skills in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team
- Flexible hours that fit around work, study, or life
Time Commitment
We ask for approximately 3–5 hours per week, with flexibility depending on your availability.
